Dana Ross joined the Junior League in 2012 as a newcomer to Palm Beach from New York City in hope to make connections with like-minded women and to serve the Palm Beach community through volunteerism. She never imagined how much the Junior League would positively impact her life.
Dana is committed to the members of the League and her previous positions have focused on positively impacting and empowering women. Dana has served as the Membership Vice President, New Member Chair, and a New Member Advisor for two years. Dana also co-chaired Small Fundraisers where she successfully led the committee with her co-chair to exceed their fundraising goal. During the 2019-2020 League year, Dana served on the Nominating Committee and is honored to be the Nominating Chair for the 2020-2021 Junior League year.
An accomplished human resources professional, Dana has over fifteen years of human resources, leadership, and management experience. She works for Deloitte as a Manager in Performance Management where she partners with Deloitte leadership to ensure Deloitte professionals are aligned to the appropriate roles based on skillset and performing to expectations of the position.
Dana holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University. In her spare time, Dana enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, and three children, Lilly, Lola, and Will. She also loves to travel, read, run, and get her ‘burn’ on at Orangetheory.
