Hours: Part Time (20 hours per week)

In Person/Remote: In Person

Purpose: To provide financial and clerical services to non-profit organization and members.

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Must have an understanding of QuickBooks systems
  • Must live in Palm Beach County or be able to travel daily to our headquarters in West Palm Beach
  • Knowledge of non-profit community-based programs and services is a plus

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone inquiries and communicates messages to appropriate members Inventory daily mail
  • Enter and maintain accurate records of contributions, donations, pledges and member dues payments
  • Balance checking account and submit reconciliation to treasurer for signature monthly
  • Maintain and manage headquarters (coordinate service providers, order supplies, organize and inventory supply room)
  • Meet vendors and accept deliveries to headquarters
  • Process Amazon and other online orders for all committees with the appropriate approvals and tracking
  • Follow up with JLPB credit card holders on reconciliations
  • Perform other necessary and related work as may be assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour

Physical setting: Office

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate: West Palm Beach, FL 33409: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
