Pam is passionate about developing the potential of women and promoting voluntarism in her community.
An active member of JLPB for 15 years, she has served as the League’s 2013-2014 President, President-Elect, Secretary, Vice-President of Membership, and Chair of Transfers, Placement, and Mentoring Committees. Pam was part of the 4-person JLPB bylaws ad hoc committee that reviewed our bylaws in 2012-2013. As President, Pam was particularly proud of our members’ accomplishments, which included successfully navigating our first year operating under a split governance and management structure, implementing significant bylaw revisions, approving an investment and endowment policy, and approving a new focus area of foster care.
She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Support Like This!, a 501c3 nonprofit organization supporting girls’ participation in competitive gymnastics.
Pam works from her home in Florida as an environmental consultant for a Washington, DC based consulting firm where she focuses on environmental analyses for transportation projects including aviation, aerospace, and rail.
Pam graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Environmental Public Policy Analysis.
