Abigail “Abby” Beebe is a long time West Palm Beach resident with her Husband, Hampton and three children Hampton (11), John (9) & Charley (6).  Abby has been active in the community; her children’s schools, Rosarian Academy and Palm Beach Day Academy; and the legal community. Currently, Abby serves on the board of Cancer Alliance, is Chairing the 2020 Shop the Day Away Luncheon benefitting Cancer Alliance of Help and Hope and is Chairing the Family Picnic for the Hanley Foundation March 2020.

In addition, Beebe is a Board Certified Specialist in Marital & Family Law. She is the principal owner of The Law Office of Abigail Beebe, P.A., a West Palm Beach-based marital and family law firm. Beebe has been practicing law for thirteen years, starting her career with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc. and later moving to a South Florida-based law firm where she focused on a wide range of complex marital and family law issues. Beebe opened her own practice, The Law Office of Abigail Beebe, P.A., in July 2014.

Outside of the courtroom, Beebe currently serves on the Executive Council of The Florida Bar Family Law Section and served as Chair in 2018-2019; she is also a past-chair of the Family Law Section Legislation Committee. Beebe is a founding member of The Susan B. Greenberg Family Law American Inn of Court of the Palm Beaches. She served as the Chair of the Family Law CLE Committee and formerly chaired the Unified Family Practice Committee for the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Beebe has chaired the Family Law Section of the Palm Beach County Bench Bar Conference for three years. In 2015, Florida’s Children First (FCF) named Beebe Pro Bono Attorney of the Year. In 2013, Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County named her Family Law Pro Bono Attorney of the Year.
