For more than 85 years, the Junior League of the Palm Beaches has empowered women to become leaders while creating meaningful, lasting change throughout our community. I am incredibly proud to represent such an accomplished, driven, diverse and compassionate group of women united by a shared commitment to service.

Our theme is simple yet powerful: connection.

Connection is at the heart of everything we do. It strengthens relationships within our organization, throughout our community and within ourselves as women with a passion to serve. By fostering these connections and taking the time to reflect, recharge and grow, we ensure our work remains meaningful, responsive and lasting.

That commitment is reflected in several of our signature community initiatives. Through our Little Libraries program, we expand access to books and help foster a love of reading among young children. Through our Period Supplies initiative, we have distributed more than one million essential products to help address period poverty and support women and girls in need. Through Eye & Ear Alert, League members have provided free vision and hearing screenings to young children for more than 30 years, helping identify potential concerns early and support future success.

These programs, along with the dedication of our members, community partners and supporters, demonstrate the impact that is possible when service, leadership and connection come together.
