• Refer an approved DTP marketplace vendor (your name must be referenced and verified as the referral)
• Refer an approved DTP sponsor of $250 or more (your name must be referenced and verified as the referral)
• Contribute monetary donation below to JLPB by February 1st, 2020 based on your years of service. A late fee of $15 will be added after that date:
  • 1-7 Years of Service – $100 for Active 1-7 years of service
  • 8-9 Years ofService – $50 for Active/ Active Gold
  • 10 + Years of Service – $0
